Welcome to INT/EXT (the "App"), operated by VSXOP LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Account Creation and Security
• Registration: To use our messaging services, you must register by providing a valid email address and a display name.
• Account Responsibility: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree to use the App only for lawful communication. You are strictly prohibited from using the App to:
• Harass, bully, abuse, defame, or threaten other users.
• Send spam, mass unsolicited messages, or unauthorized commercial communications.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity.
• Distribute viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt or damage the App’s infrastructure.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape the App’s source code or user interface.
3. User Content and Messaging
• Ownership: You retain ownership of the text you send through the platform ("User Content").
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you send. We do not monitor all communications but reserve the right to review and remove content reported for violating these Terms.
• No Endorsement: We do not control, endorse, or verify user messages and are not responsible for the accuracy or safety of any User Content.
4. Account Termination and Deletion
• Termination by User: You have the right to delete your account at any time at your own will via the App settings.
• Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in behavior that threatens the security of the App or its users.
• Anti-Abuse Retention: As detailed in our Privacy Policy, your email address is securely archived for 30 days post-deletion strictly to prevent platform abuse.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App’s uptime, security, reliability, or freedom from errors. Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VSXOP LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost data, loss of goodwill, or the unauthorized conduct/content of any third party or user.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any updates by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
