• Account Data: To create an account, you must provide a valid email address and a display name. This data is required to authenticate your account and identify you to other users on the platform.
• Contact Data: You may manually add contacts within the App by entering their names and email addresses. This information is used solely to establish connections and facilitate messaging between you and your contacts.
2. Account Deletion and Data Retention
You can delete your account at any time at your own will directly through the App settings.
When you delete your account, our data handling practices are as follows:
• Immediate Deletion: Your display name, messaging history, and associated contacts are immediately and permanently deleted from our active databases.
• Anti-Abuse Retention: Your email address will be securely stored in a restricted archive for exactly 30 days following deletion. This temporary retention is used strictly to prevent platform abuse and fraudulent re-registration. After 30 days, your email address is completely and permanently erased.
3. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data is used exclusively to operate the core messaging features of the App.
